Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date.

Email our customer service department with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it back to our Parramatta store.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
